Everyone wants to lose weight in a hurry.

It might have taken you years to slowly put on weight, or you might have been overweight as a kid and never managed to grow out of it. For others your weight gain might have come on suddenly due to depression after losing a loved one, ending a relationship, or even through a happier occasion such as child birth. It might have just snuck up on you as a result of not being able to eat properly because your lifestyle is too busy for you to look after yourself as well.

Whatever the reason you want to lose it fast and you want to lose it now.

What doesn't work ?

- Those crazy exercise machines that are sold on late night television
- The "magic" weight loss pills
- The fad diets used by celebrities
- The weird diets used by your mum
- Pretty well *ANYTHING* a magazine prints

Every magazine you pick up has some new revolutionary magic fix. You try them for a while and then realize that for you none of them work and you give up having found out that you are one of the unfortunate minority who were born with the fat gene and you can never lose it.

The truth is none of these quick fixes work. If they did, the magazine wouldn't be able to sell the next issue, and obesity wouldn't be a problem in the world today.

What does work ?

- Exercise (Weights training and cardio)
- Correct sustainable eating plan for your body type
- Correct use of supplements

How can I help you ?

- I do this professionally for a living
- I believe I am the best in Australia at transforming women's bodies.
- I have successfully done it for dozens of women of all different body types and career pressures.
- I am passionate about it. Transforming women's bodies to get them ready to go back to the beach, or to get into that formal or wedding dress is something I *LOVE* doing. I love the challenge of it.

I will help you to understand what a diet REALLY is and what it REALLY means. See, people tend to use the phrase "I'm on a diet" when they want to tell people that they are trying to lose weight. People who do this are... well... stupid. A diet IS NOT weight loss. Diets are just simply what you eat on a regular basis.

There are Diet Plans For Different Goals

A) Your goal is weight loss and losing fat.
B) Your goal is weight gain and increasing muscle.
C) Your goal is to lose fat AND increase muscle.

Your body doesn't like you to eat less than it needs; it will make you think you are starving. If you go on a severely limited diet, your body will do a bunch of irritating things, such as: giving you hunger pangs, making you feel tired and sluggish, drawing the energy it needs from your muscle tissue as well as your fat, etc. Muscle is expensive to maintain so your body can shed that and hang onto the fat, therefore you shouldn't try to lose weight by dieting alone. You also need to exercise. But exercise *CAN* be fun and easy no matter what your fitness level is.

Diet plans consist of calories, and calories consist of protein, carbs and fat. Exactly how much protein, how much fat, how many carbs and how many calories should you be eating each day in your own diet plan? It's hard to answer this because everybody is different but I can work it out for you and adjust it as we go.

My nutrition plans are based on each individual, with calories, protein, carbs and fat counting and the most important thing is that you won't starve and it's an healthy nutrition plan based on your goals. Consistency and dedication will give you the desired result.

Whenever you diet - your brain and body are going to work against you. By manipulating food, diet, supplements and exercise you can trick your brain into thinking your not dieting and turn your body into a fat burning furnace - manipulating your own metabolism into becoming the driving force for your weight loss. Its easy and its sustainable until you reach your goal. You have to really want it though!
